One entry will be selected to receive the prize of Four Amtrak Florida Resident Rail Passes. To be eligible, entrants must be Florida Residents (proof of residency required) and submit a VHS Tape or photograph with necessary contact information. Entry materials will not be returned. All entries must be received by August 31, 2001 to be eligible. The winning entrant will be notified.

Winners grant to WPBT Channel 2 and KidVision the right to use their names and likenesses in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All entries, and any copyrights therein, become the sole property of WPBT Channel 2 and will not be returned to entrants. By entering, entrants agree to abide by the above stated rules, and warrant that their entry is their original work and does not infringe upon or violate rights of any third party, and grant to KidVision (WPBT) the right to edit, publish, promote, and otherwise use their entry materials without permission, notice or compensation. No royalties will be paid at this or any time.

Employees or relatives of employees of WPBT or Amtrak are not eligible for the contest. WPBT Channel 2 is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries, or postage-due mail

Prize Terms and Conditions:

The Amtrak Florida Rail Pass is good for unlimited Amtrak coach travel within the state of Florida for one year from date of receipt. Not valid on Thruway motorcoaches between DeLand and Daytona Beach or Miami and Key West, or on Coach USA Orlando shuttles Advance reservations and ticketing are not permitted or required. Passholder may be required to stand if train is full. The pass must be presented on board the train along with valid photo identification. Amtrak Florida Rail Pass riders may upgrade to available sleepers on board the trains with the payment of the applicable accomodation charge. The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable and replacement passes will not be issued. The pass is not combinable with any other standard or promotional discounts that Amtrak offers.
